• Workspace content, including capability profiles, saved opportunities, notes, alerts, and preferences.
• Billing records and subscription identifiers. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by PursuitHarbor.
• Technical and security data, such as IP-derived security signals, browser or device information, request logs, and audit events.
• Public opportunity data obtained from government sources such as SAM.gov.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts and workspaces, calculate opportunity matches, deliver alerts, process subscriptions, provide support, secure and troubleshoot the service, comply with law, and improve functionality.

How we share information

We share information only as needed with service providers that help operate PursuitHarbor, including Vercel for hosting, Neon for database services, Resend for email, Stripe for billing, and SAM.gov for public opportunity retrieval. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and authentication

We use cookies and similar storage necessary for sign-in, session continuity, security, and core functionality. Browser settings may allow you to control cookies, but blocking required cookies can prevent the service from working.

Retention and security

We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

You may update workspace information, manage billing, pause alerts, or request account-data deletion where available. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Children

PursuitHarbor is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
